From the Saudi, Oman, UAE border to Al Ain

After successfully NOT getting stopped in this very sensitive area, it was along the very impressive border fence built by the UAE, to keep out the unwanted ones.

The fence is both long and very secure, with remotely accessed towers holding cameras to catch unwanted activity i action, without the need to man the towers, unless you have reversed into the base commanders wife’s car 🙂

Just what all these Camels found to eat was beyond me.

The country got better and better as we headed towards Al Ain, under Jebel Hafeet.

Lots of date palms.

In Al Ain itself, the old fort and oasis were interesting.
